Dear Natashia & Family,I have such precious childhood memories of your mom in BEI High School Years & when I was teaching at Vryman’s Erving Gov’t School, she lived close to the school.. It was a true blessing to have met her after so many years at a funeral in Toronto. Rosie was a rare and special type of person who made a great impact on me & all of her friends. She role-modeled, what it is to live life well. Always, bubbly & friendly, inviting me to lunch with her in her childhood home & in her own marital home. She had charm, beauty & was poised in her teen & throughout her adult life. According to Leo Buscaglia “I know for certain that we never lose the people we love, even to death. They continue to participate in every act, thought and decision we make. Their love leaves an indelible imprint in our memories & in our hearts..” — We reflect the best parts of our parents thanks to the loving way they raised us. A mother’s love is alive forever. In the lessons she taught, the patience she gave, and in the hearts of the children she raised. Our prayers go out to you in this time of great sadness. Where a beautiful soul has travelled, beautiful memories remain forever. May your family find comfort in God’s infinite graces? .This world was blessed by your mother’s presence, and I will be forever be grateful & give thanks to God for his blessings that I had the chance to know her.
