She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all – always putting others’ needs before her own. She loved working in the yard, tending to her plants and fruit trees. She served as a Communion Minister for the sick and homebound and volunteered with Meals and Wheels delivering meals to homebound seniors when she was still able. She loved watching musicals, cooking shows, law, detective and police dramas on TV. She watched Jeopardy and competed against the contestants on TV everyday right from her own bedroom. She was strongly devoted to her faith until the very end.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10am on Wednesday, February 20, at St. Raymond Catholic Church, 11555 Shannon Avenue, Dublin, CA 94568.
Her family plans to bring her home where her ashes will be laid to rest next to her grandson, Gino, at Holy Cross Memorial Park in Quezon City, Philippines.
