Karen Kristine Kennedy

Karen Kennedy of Antioch passed away peacefully on September 1, 2017 at the age of 48. She was born on October 23, 1968 and was a lifelong resident of Antioch and graduated from Antioch High School.
Karen will be remembered as a fun-loving vibrant spirit with a good heart who loved her family. Karen worked many years at the Red Caboose Restaurant and formed many lasting friendships.
Karen is survived by her daughter, Kalee Kennedy, father, Wayne Kennedy (Marilyn), sister, Andrea Tamblyn (Victor), brother, Jimmy Kennedy, nephew, Chris Ayris (Amanda), niece, Corinna Tamblyn (Kyle Kerwin) and great niece, Peyton and great nephews, Michael and Ryder. She was preceded in death by her mother, Donna Steffensen and grandmother, Margaret Gallup and her beloved dog, Sassy,
A celebration of Karen's life will be held on September 22 at 1:00 at the VFW Hall on 815 Fulton Shipyard Road in Antioch.
