Janice K. Martinez

Janice Kathleen Martinez passed away on July 16, 2014; she was 65. Janice was born in Antioch, CA on October 8, 1948 to Albert and Laura Cook. She was a wonderful sister, mother and friend who will be dearly missed by her children Nancy, Richard and Michael.
