Florence Burtis

Florence M. Burtis, 93, died of heart failure Sept. 2, 2008 in the care of Hospice of the East Bay, Alamo, CA. A lifelong resident of the Hightstown, NJ area, she is survived by her daughter, Mary E. Tilkin of Concord, CA, and son, John A. Burtis of Pawleys Island, SC. Internment will be in Hightstown, NJ on Oct. 30 by A.S. Cole Sons Funeral Home, Cranbury, NJ. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to your local Hospice association.
