Doris Verderber

Doris Verderber Resident of Walnut Creek July 21, 1935 ? June 1, 2012 Doris Verderber passed away peacefully due to natural causes. Doris was born in Pennsylvania to James F. and Margaret R. Dove. Doris had two sisters, Peggy and Norma. Doris was a fashion coordinator for her Mom?s dress shop. Shopping was a passion that Mom had her entire life. She had excellent taste. As a homemaker, Doris enjoyed and prepared delicious meals. Doris treasured her life?s experience including holidays, weddings, graduations, vacations, and family gatherings. Doris is predeceased by her loving husband Rudy. She is survived by her children Cynthia Misak, Lydia Humes, and Rudy Jr., and eight grand children Lindsay, Lauren, Nicole, Conor, Rachel, Richard, Lucas and Natalie. Doris was a loving, thoughtful, caring, and attentive wife, mother, and nana. And, she will be greatly missed. Friends and family are invited to the burial on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Oakmont Memorial Park 2099 Reliez Valley Rd. in Lafayette.
