Calvin Talmadge

Calvin Talmadge, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully in his home on November 9, 2009. Cal was born in Marysville, California on December 5, 1942 and was a proud Clayton resident for 28 years. He grew up in Sacramento where he was known as a local high school football star. Cal will be remembered for his colorful storytelling, oftentimes depicting his wild youth and overseas travels. Cal loved adventure and had a passion for vintage Corvettes and car racing. Cal's biggest accomplishment was his 29 year marriage to his best friend and wife, Randee, whom he will now be joined with in heaven. Cal is survived by his two sons, Dannie and Brad; his daughter-in-laws Courtney and Annemarie; his grandchildren Cade, Donnamarie, and Savannah; his sister-in-law, Maura and her husband, Frank; and his nephew, Aaron and niece, Rachael.
