Beverly Sue Cartwright

Beverly Sue Cartwright passed away peacefully in her home in Concord, CA. Born in Warren, Arkansas, Beverly moved to Richmond, CA in 1944 and graduated from Harry Ells High School in 1960. On August 10, 1963 Beverly married her high school sweetheart, Thomas Cartwright, who preceded her in death. Beverly worked for Standard Oil and Bird Corporation. In 1970 she moved to Palm Desert, CA and pursued a career in medical bookkeeping. Beverly lived a peaceful and quiet life and enjoyed reading, shopping, crosswords and time with family.
She is survived by her mother, Georgia Johnson of Pleasant Hill, CA, children Matt & Bria Cartwright of Pleasant Hill, CA, Mark & Alisha Cartwright & granddaughter Abigail Cartwright of Brentwood, CA, and step-sister Elly & husband George Velasquez of Redding, CA. Beverly was also preceded in death by her father Harrelton "Cas" Castleberry and sister Becky Castleberry.
